Administer prescribed physical therapy treatments to improve resident mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. Implement and modify care plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist while maintaining thorough clinical documentation.
Requires a valid Texas Physical Therapy Assistant license and good standing with regulatory boards. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and familiarity with Net Health documentation are preferred.
