• Do
• As a
• DSP on our
• Community
• Habilitation team, you will: Support individuals as they learn skills that promote independence, community integration, and personal growth. Assist with community outings, volunteer roles, hobbies, and other activities that help individuals reach their goals. Provide coaching, companionship, and hands-on support based on each person’s unique needs and goals. Document services provided and share observations about progress and achievements.
