• We're hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in building independence, confidence, and meaningful connections in their community.
• What You’ll Do As a DSP on our Community Habilitation team, you will: Support individuals as they learn skills that promote independence, community integration, and personal growth.
• Assist with community outings, volunteer roles, hobbies, and other activities that help individuals reach their goals.
• Provide coaching, companionship, and hands-on support based on each person’s unique needs and goals.
• Document services provided and share observations about progress and achievements.
