• Location: Aspen A Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA) applies to onsite positions only based on applicable FTE. Telehealth employees are not eligible. Hourly employees working in Aspen receive a COLA of $3.88 per hour.

• Position qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in human services or related field. Bachelor’s degree in a non-related field may perform the functions of this position only if they have one year experience in a behavioral healthcare field. Previous experience with substance abuse and mental health-related case management and treatment preferred. Minimum of two (2) years human service related experience preferred. Current valid Colorado Driver’s License required. Certified Addiction Specialist is strongly preferred.
• Job purpose: The purpose of the PACT (Pitkin Area Co-Responder Teams) program is to support law enforcement on calls for service involving mental health and/or substance use and, when possible, divert individuals with behavioral health disorders or symptoms from involvement in the criminal justice system, engaging them in treatment and/or social services instead. The PACT case manager will primarily work with a diverse population including individuals who are struggling with mental health issues, substance use, and/or are involved in the criminal justice system. Patient population could include children, adults, individuals, couples, and groups. The case manager connects individuals and families to a wide range of resources and coordinates therapeutic and community-based services.
