Provide direct care services to residents of a state-operated respite program, including medication administration and crisis intervention. Maintain detailed resident records and support rehabilitative goals to promote recovery and healing.
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and obtain MAP certification within six months of hire. Ability to communicate effectively and maintain composure in stressful emergency situations is required.
· It is preferred that applicants have experience working with individuals diagnosed with severe mental illness and experience doing crisis intervention with this population. Given the population served, bilingual or multilingual fluency.
