• What You’ll Do
• Float between territories to support high-demand caseloads.
• Provide skilled nursing visits, assessments, and care planning.
• Complete OASIS visits and coordinate patient care.
• Support teams during census growth and coverage gaps.
• Track and complete additional visits for incentive earnings.

• What We’re Looking For
• Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to move efficiently through your day.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, field-based role.
• Home health experience preferred, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
