• What You’ll Do
• Skilled nursing visits in homes and care settings.
• Wound care, assessments, medication management.
• Patient and caregiver education.
• Coordinate with physicians and care teams.

• What We’re Looking For
• Active MN RN license.
• Experience in home health, med-surg, rehab, or similar.
• Strong clinical judgment and independence.
• Reliable transportation.
