The professional will interview and assess clients of all ages to determine mental health needs and provide targeted counseling services. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate clinical case records and developing goal-oriented plans for individuals or groups.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in counseling or social work and possess a current Arkansas license as an LPC or LCSW. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a treatment team are required.
Arisa Health is currently seeking a dynamic Mental Health Professional to join our team in Mountain Home, AR. The ideal Mental Health Professional will have experience providing services in a Behavioral Health organization or with experience with a community mental health or healthcare organization. The ideal Mental Health Professional must be willing to see both children and adult clients.

Arisa provides outpatient services, Crisis services and emergency screening, substance abuse counseling, intensive children services, intensive adult services, medical services, and residential services in 41 Arkansas counties.
This position is classified as full- time, exempt (salaried) and reports to the Program Coordinator.
Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
