The Occupational Therapist is responsible for assessing patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, and adaptive equipment. They collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans of care.
Candidates must possess a current Occupational Therapy license in the state of service and a current CPR certification. A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and a dependable vehicle are required for daily travel to patient residences.
