Perform radiographic procedures and apply ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis under the direction of a radiologist. Assume responsibility for designated areas and may provide instruction to students or perform lead duties.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of formal radiologic technology training from an AMA approved school. Must hold CRT, ARRT, and BLS certifications.
EDUCATION Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma. CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE CRT-Certified Radiologic Technologist RHF-Radiology Fluoroscopy ARRT - Radiography - American Register of Radiologic Technologists BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN: Competent in components of radiographic practice as determined to be adequate by the Assistant Director.
