Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Home Health We are seeking a compassionate PTA to provide skilled, patient-centered care under the direction of a Physical Therapist.

Requirements

• Active PTA license (state of employment)
• 1+ year acute care PTA experience required (home health preferred)
• Valid driver’s license + auto insurance
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills Role Overview Provide skilled PTA services in patients’ homes, assist with treatment plans, monitor progress, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation in compliance with agency and Medicare guidelines.
