• Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year Why This Role Is Important Physical therapy helps patients get back to movement that matters in everyday life. In this role, you will support patients who want to walk with more confidence, return to work, manage pain, rebuild strength, or recover after a physical setback. As a Physical Therapist, you will be involved in the full patient care process, from evaluation and treatment planning to hands-on care, education, progress tracking, and discharge preparation.

Responsibilities

Evaluate new patients and gather information about pain, mobility, function, and goals Develop treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient needs Provide therapy sessions that may include exercise, stretching, strengthening, balance work, manual therapy, and mobility training Help patients understand their plan of care and what they can do between visits Monitor progress and make updates to treatment when needed Complete documentation that reflects patient progress and care provided Position Highlights Full-Time Physical Therapist position Competitive salary based on experience New graduates are encouraged to apply Collaborative and supportive clinical team Modern outpatient orthopedic setting Opportunity for professional growth and development Preferred Work Schedule Options We offer flexibility and would strongly prefer one of the following schedules: Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days (Preferred) Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Tuesday off each week Option 2: Monday – Friday Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Clinic Information Patient Volume: 7-15 patients per day Clinic Volume: Approximately 160-190 patient visits per week Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists, 2 Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) EMR System: WebPT Patient Age Range: 11 to 90 years old Primary Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Current Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and patient education skills Ability to communicate clearly with patients and healthcare team members Outpatient, orthopedic, or rehabilitation experience preferred PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Insurance Plans Accepted Our clinic serves patients covered by: Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) UnitedHealthcare Medicare TRICARE Humana Aetna Ready for a New Clinical Opportunity?
