Manage a caseload of 2-6 clients by conducting one-on-one sessions, biopsychosocial assessments, and treatment planning. Facilitate group and family therapy sessions while collaborating with medical and clinical teams to ensure coordinated care.
A Master's degree is preferred, along with at least one year of direct clinical experience. Candidates must hold certifications such as LPC/MHSP, LADC, LMFT, CADC, or LADAC.
As a Primary Therapist at Asheville Detox Center, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of roughly 2-6 clients at a time. This includes weekly one on one sessions, biopsychosocial assessments, and treatment planning, maintaining contact with client’s family members and leading group facilitation. The Primary Therapist maintains a safe and efficient working and treatment environment, and communicates effectively with the treatment team to ensure safe, quality care is provided to all clients per company policies, procedures, and best practices.

Education – Master's level preferred or (related experience in substance abuse field.) Experience - Minimum of 1 year of direct clinical experience is preferred.
