Oversee and monitor healthcare services for clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including implementing nursing support plans. Provide emergency medical treatment, staff training, and coordinate wellness plans and pharmacy services.
Requires a high school diploma and a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Indiana. At least two years of experience is required, including work with individuals with developmental disabilities.

The LOGAN Nurse is responsible for overseeing and monitoring the health care services for LOGAN clients and implementation of nursing support plans for assigned caseloads. Provide first aid, basic medical treatment and basic medical evaluation for individuals served and staff at the location in emergent situations; and provide staff training as directed. As requested, the nurse will provide input into agency health, medical and safety related systems.

Essential Functions - General
High school diploma or equivalent required. Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Indiana.
Two years’ experience required. Experience may include a combination of life experience and working with individuals with developmental disabilities
