Respond to mental health crisis calls in the community to provide immediate intervention, de-escalation, and stabilization. Supervise Peer Specialists and coordinate with healthcare services to connect individuals with necessary resources.
Must hold a current California LVN or LPT license and a valid driver's license. CPR and first aid certifications are required, with previous mental health nursing experience preferred.

Title: Mobile Crisis LVN | LPT
The Mobile Crisis LVN | LPT ensures we are providing safe, effective, and compassionate responses to individuals during a mental health crisis. The Mobile Crisis LVN | LPT will respond to calls from dispatch involving a mental health crisis in various settings. They will be required to travel to the location of the caller and provide crisis intervention services, including assessing and documenting holds. The Mobile Crisis LVN | LPT will also be responsible for the supervision of the Peer Specialist as part of the Mobile Response Team (MRT). The Crestwood Behavioral Health Mobile Response Team (MRT) provides community-based interventions for those experiencing a mental health crisis. Our team is available to deploy into the community to provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and stabilization. The MRT is staffed by Licensed/Registered Mental Health Counselors and Peer Specialists who can provide services throughout Napa County, including residences, parks, shelters, schools, and hospitals. The goal of MRT is to de-escalate the crisis and safely connect individuals with mental health care and resources.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. Pay Range: $37—$42 USD
