Implements and evaluates clinical pharmacy services and coordinates Medication Usage Evaluations to ensure safe medication use. Collaborates with medical staff to develop hospital policies and provides educational training for staff and pharmacy students.
Requires a PharmD with a PGY2 Pediatric ICU Residency and a current New York State Pharmacist license. Candidates must have 1-3 years of technical experience in a related field.
Implements, coordinates, and evaluates all clinical Pharmacy services. Assists and directs Medication Usage Evaluations, collaborates with the medical staff, and establishes criteria for the safe, effective and appropriate use of medication.
