Responsible for the initial assessment and ongoing monitoring of complex patients, coordinating nursing care to meet physical, psychological, and sociocultural needs. The role also involves precepting new employees and supervising Licensed Practical Nurses and Patient Care Assistants.
Requires graduation from a state-accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure in the state of Ohio. Candidates must maintain BLS/CPR certification and obtain ACLS certification within six months of assignment.
