Assess, monitor, and manage the overall care for cardiac telemetry step-down patients with conditions such as CHF and arrhythmias. Partner with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
Requires a New York RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN degree (or Associate degree if enrolled in a BSN program). Preferred qualifications include 1+ years of telemetry experience and PCCN certification.
