Family Practice MD/DO (Modesto Paradise)

As a Family Medicine Physician with Golden Valley Health Centers, you would make a lasting difference in the lives of Central Valley communities! Our physicians provide comprehensive, high-quality primary care to patients of all ages, including newborns, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and older adults. You will evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, provide preventative care, perform office-based procedures, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative team environment.

Family Medicine Physicians also provide gynecologic care, manage complex medical conditions, assess and stabilize emergent situations consistent with policy, and supervise Advanced Practice Providers within the practice.

Location and Schedule

This position will work at our Modesto Paradise Clinic in Modesto, CA within Stanislaus County. Flexibility to work five (5) eight (8) hour days or four (4) ten (10) hour days. Physicians provide direct outpatient care and may be scheduled for additional shifts as available.

Compensation

$240,000 – $275,000 Annual Salary, Sign-On Bonus, and Relocation Assistance Eligible. Provider Productivity Incentive Plan and extra shifts available.
