Research Fellow - Molecular Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics

• The Wu laboratory pursues an integrated translational research program aimed at defining cancer signaling networks and therapy‑induced adaptive responses in breast and ovarian cancers.
• The lab leverages quantitative proteomics and phosphoproteomics to map signaling pathways, and protein interactomes that drive therapeutic response and resistance, enabling discovery of biomarkers and therapeutic targets.

• Wu’s group uses molecular and cellular approaches and unique, tissue‑specific genetically engineered mouse models to validate key signaling discoveries and their oncogenic roles in cancer initiation and progression.
• Insights from these studies directly inform the development and preclinical evaluation of therapeutic humanized monoclonal antibodies and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs).
• This integrated pipeline provides postdoctoral fellows with opportunities to conduct hypothesis‑driven research spanning discovery, in vivo validation, and therapeutic translation.

• The successful candidate will pursue independent, yet highly collaborative research aligned with the laboratory’s ongoing federal and foundation‑funded studies. The position provides opportunities to:
