Provide direct patient care and maintain a therapeutic milieu under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include documenting patient progress, managing crises through de-escalation, and assisting patients with activities of daily living.
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and preferably one to two years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting. Candidates must be able to pass Epic training within 30 days of hire.

Additional Job Details (if applicable) The adult inpatient unit (NB1) is a generalized inpatient psychiatric unit with a primary focus on the treatment of depression and anxiety. We also care for patients with a wide range of psychiatric disorders, including OCD, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, self-harming behaviors, homicidally, and co-occurring substance use disorders. Our team provides patient-centered care through therapeutic engagement, medication management, and behavioral interventions in a supportive, team-based environment."
