The Residential Treatment Specialist provides physical care and implements programming to assist residents with individual treatment plans. Key duties include supervising resident activity, documenting shift activities, and maintaining a safe, healthy living environment.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain Agency Affiliated Counselor certification within 60 days. First Aid/CPR certification is required before the first independent shift.

New hires for this position typically start between $17.30 and $20.78 hourly, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions. While the full pay range is provided to support pay transparency, individual compensation will vary within the range based on these factors.
