In operation for more than 60 years, University Radiology staffs, manages and provides preliminary and final subspecialty interpretations and consultative support for hospitals, imaging centers and other medical facilities, and serves as the academic radiology faculty at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Our physicians interpret over 2.1 million radiology procedures per year.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an experienced registered Ultrasound/Vascular Technologist for our Lacey, NJ Imaging Office. Tuesday & Thursday 10:30am - 7:00pm, Monday, Wednesday & Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm, rotating Saturdays 7:00am - 1:00pm In addition to being RVT certified, our Ultrasound Vascular Techs are also required to be certified in Abdomen, Breast, and OB/GYN. Ultrasound Vascular Techs must be certified in RVT and at least one of these areas to qualify. URG will reimburse for educational materials and exams for additional certifications, as well as a bonus once obtained. *May be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment and must be able to adhere to all department and facility safety protocols.

Qualifications

ARDMS Registered in Abdomen, Breast, OB/GYN ARDMS or ARRT Registered in Vascular Sonography Minimum of 2+ years of work experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
