The Dental Assistant provides chairside support to dentists and manages patient preparation and comfort during treatments. Responsibilities also include sterilizing instruments, maintaining accurate patient records, and providing post-operative care instructions.
Candidates must hold an active Florida EFDA certification and a dental assistant training certification. Five or more years of clinical dental assisting experience is preferred.

Assist the Dentists chairside Welcomes patients Prepares patients for treatments or checkups ensuring comfort Selection and setup of instrumentation, equipment and other dental materials as needed Instrument sterilization according to regulations Maintains accurate patient records Lab tasks as instructed Provide post-operative care instructions Maintain clean and stocked operatories
