Provide high-quality direct nursing care and coordinate care planning for a diverse adult population in a Medical-Surgical unit. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage assessments, medications, and patient recovery while supervising junior nursing staff.
Requires an Associate's degree in nursing, a current Arkansas or Compact RN license, and BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications. A Bachelor's degree (BSN) and two or more years of professional nursing experience are preferred.
