Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical/Surgical team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care using the nursing process, working closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and improve outcomes. Your skills and compassion will make a lasting difference for patients and their families. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care and coordinate care planning with other disciplines. Supervise and support LPNs, nursing aides, and nursing students. Orient new personnel to the unit and ensure compliance with hospital standards. Assess patient conditions, develop and implement care plans, and update them daily. Administer medications, initiate IV therapy, and deliver life-saving interventions when needed. Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and families regarding care progress. Assist with discharge planning and coordinate with case managers, social workers, and home health personnel. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with institutional, legal, and professional standards. Remain prepared to respond to patient emergencies with professionalism and stability.

• Qualifications
• Required: Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Current RN license with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing or Compact Multistate Licensure. BLS (Basic Life Support), PALS, and ACLS certifications. Strong communication skills; must read, write, and speak English fluently. Ability to work effectively under high-pressure and emergency conditions.
