$75 - $80 / HOUR
Conduct speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Provide direct therapy for communication and dysphagia while collaborating with physicians and completing required OASIS documentation.
Must possess an active, unencumbered Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Home health and OASIS/Medicare documentation experience are preferred but not required.
