The SLP is responsible for conducting evaluations and implementing personalized speech-language pathology plans of care for patients in their homes. This includes administering therapeutic techniques, recommending communication aids, and coordinating care with physicians and families.
Candidates must hold a master's or doctoral degree in speech-language pathology and possess a valid state license or equivalent certification. A minimum of one year of clinical experience and current CPR certification are preferred.
