Pay Range
$17.00 - $24.08 per hour based on experience, CNA and QMAP status! Plus, earn a $1.00 per hour night shift differential.
Schedule: This is a PRN opening (on-call/casual/as-needed)

What You Bring (Requirements)
QMAP certified (required only in applicable jurisdictions under state [CO] licensing requirements).
Be eighteen (18) years of age.
Experience in a Home Health Agency or health care facility strongly preferred.
Have successfully completed a 75-hour training course and competency evaluation; or
Have successfully completed a competency evaluation approved by the Commissioner; or
Have successfully completed training in another jurisdiction equivalent to that required in 1 (a); or
Have successfully completed a training program or competency evaluation program which satisfies the requirements of Medicare for Home Health Aides as provided by the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 42, Section 484.36.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
The primary role of the Caregiver is to provide your assigned clients with routine daily nursing care in accordance with established agency nursing care procedures as directed by your supervisors. The Home Health Aide reports any noted changes in the client as they are noted.
Assists clients with personal care activities.
Follows all shift routines, policy and procedures regarding accurate performance of vital signs, weights, etc.
Perform household services essential to health care at home.
Assist with bowel and bladder control, devices and training programs.
