Requires a high school diploma and one year of phlebotomy experience. ASCP certification and BLS/CPR certification are preferred.

Illinois CancerCare is seeking a full-time Phlebotomist to join our dedicated Pekin clinic team. This is a Monday–Friday position with no weekends or major holidays, offering a strong work-life balance. High School Diploma required One year of phlebotomy experience ASCP or other approved professional association certification preferred Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification preferred Preferred Skills Skilled in both straight sticks and butterfly draws Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport with patients in a clinical setting Previous hospital or oncology experience is a plus PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
