Responsibilities

Complete patient evaluations and identify movement, strength, pain, and function concerns Build treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and diagnosis Provide outpatient orthopedic care using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, and functional rehabilitation Treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical needs, pain conditions, and movement limitations Track progress and adjust care plans when clinically appropriate Educate patients on home exercise programs, activity modification, and safe movement Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge plans in WebPT Coordinate care with PTAs and other clinical team members Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one New graduates are welcome to apply Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required Strong patient communication and documentation skills Ability to work well in a team-based clinic environment Insurance Plans Accepted Patients are covered through several insurance providers, including: Blue Cross Blue Shield UnitedHealthcare Medicare TRICARE Humana Aetna Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are looking for a Physical Therapist role with team support, schedule flexibility, and room to grow, this opportunity could be a strong match.
