Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

• Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant We’re seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant for a private outpatient practice in New Brunswick, NJ.
• This position is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 1 patient per hour.
• Pay is $70K–$80K per year DOE, plus full benefits.
• Job Overview We are looking for a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to assist with patient care in a fast-paced outpatient clinic.
• You will be responsible for carrying out treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring that patients receive effective therapy and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

Assist with patient treatments as prescribed by the Physical Therapist Lead patients through rehabilitation exercises and mobility tasks Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments Record treatment details and patient progress Support the Physical Therapist in maintaining an organized, clean clinic Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistance from an accredited program Active New Jersey PTA license Outpatient experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Contribute to patient recovery in a setting that emphasizes efficiency and personalized care.
