The Case Manager partners with high-risk families to strengthen parenting practices and enhance protective capacities. The goal is to create a nurturing home environment that ensures child safety, well-being, and permanency.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Human Services (BSW preferred) and two years of case management experience involving youth. A valid driver's license, safe driving record, and proof of insurance are required.

As a designated Community Umbrella Agency (CUA) for the Department of Human Services, Net Community Care operates CUA1 and CUA7, providing comprehensive child welfare services focused on safety, permanency, and family well-being. Grounded in trauma-informed care and cultural humility, Net Community Care works to stabilize families, support youth development, and ensure children can grow in safe, nurturing, and permanent homes. The organization is committed to strengthening communities through collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. SUMMARY: Case Manager applicants must have a strong understanding of child welfare protective services and the needs of high-risk, vulnerable families. Client families are referred by the Department of Human Services due to concerns related to parenting skills, safety, and the ability to maintain children in a safe and stable environment. In this role, the Case Manager partners with families to strengthen parenting practices, enhance protective capacities, and create a nurturing home environment that promotes child safety, well-being, and permanency. QualificationsQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: · A bachelor’s level in Human Services, BSW preferred · Two years case management experience involving youth · Knowledge of child and family service systems · Valid Driver’s License (issued by state in which employee lives) and safe driving record and proof of insurance coverage · Experience with computers beneficial · Knowledge of social work values and/or child welfare services.
