The role involves implementing social activities and community integration for retirees with disabilities. Responsibilities include providing ADL support, transporting clients, and maintaining required state and agency documentation.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to obtain a CT driver's license and insurance. Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and transfer non-ambulatory individuals is required.
