The Research Nurse coordinates participant care and collects high-quality data for clinical studies while ensuring adherence to ethical and regulatory standards. Key duties include screening participants, performing phlebotomy, and managing biospecimens and data records.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with at least two years of experience in clinical research or healthcare and hold a phlebotomy diploma. Fluency in English and Spanish, along with the ability to travel within Puerto Rico, is required.

The Research Nurse supports clinical studies by coordinating participant care, collecting high quality data, and ensuring all research activities follow ethical, regulatory, and scientific standards. This role bridges clinical expertise with research operations, helping investigators conduct studies safely, efficiently, and accurately.
