Provides direct patient care services, including phlebotomy and clerical duties, under the supervision of a registered nurse. Responsible for maintaining equipment, stocking supplies, and adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and a current certification as a CNA, Phlebotomist, or CMA/CCMA/RMA. One year of healthcare experience and basic computer proficiency are preferred.

Classification: Non exempt
High School Diploma or GED required.
1 year of experience preferred. Previous healthcare experience preferred. Refer to the Life Support Training Policy for additional details.
Current CNA, Phlebotomy, or CMA/CCMA/RMA certification with state required.
Basic computer knowledge with demonstrated administrative skills. Basic knowledge of medical terminology. Demonstrated critical thinking skills. High level of compassion, desire to help others and highly motivated.

The job requires constant standing, frequently walking, and bending/stooping. Proficient communicative, auditory, and visual skills. Attention to detail and ability to write legibly. Ability to lift/push/pull 100 lbs. For any weight over 35 lbs., use Safe Handling Equipment.
