It is the perfect hybrid of Primary Care, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, and Addiction Medicine; providing care to an under-served, diverse, and truly appreciative patient population.

We are currently looking for a Part-Time or PerDiem, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team and provide on-site medical care at the Monroe County Jail in Rochester, NY.

Part Time position would every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) during normal dayshift hours. Shift Differential for weekend shift is also provided. (8 hour shifts). In addition, must work one (1) spring/summer holiday and one (1) fall/winter holiday.

Perdiem must work 24.0 hours per month. Shifts vary each month and majority are open on weekends. In addition, must work one (1) spring/summer holiday and one (1) fall/winter holiday.

Salaries are negotiable and commensurate based on experience. hourly rate range: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour, $10.00 shift differential for weekends (Saturday/Sunday). Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program. Board Certified. Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New York. Maintain current DEA license. Maintain active BLS (i.e. CPR) certification. Maintain current Driver’s License.
