The LPN is responsible for supervising resident care activities and monitoring physical, emotional, and cognitive functioning under the direction of an RN. Key duties include administering medications, maintaining nursing records, and coordinating care with physicians and families.
Candidates must hold a current New York state Practical Nurse Licensure and be Adult CPR Certified. A minimum of one year of clinical experience, preferably in gerontology, is required.

Licensed Practical Nurse Saturday and Sunday 15.0 hours/week Days 7am-3pm or Evenings 3pm-11pm
$29.00 - $35.20 Hourly (Pay information will vary depending upon relevant experience for the position.) **Generous shift differential offered for evenings, nights, and weekends.
Current NY state Practical Nurse Licensure. Minimum one year clinical experience, preferably in gerontology. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Must have effective social and communication skills, need to be flexible and willing to adapt to change. Ability to interact courteously and tactfully with staff, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and the general public. Adult CPR Certified. Performing duties of this job requires lifting, bending, walking and standing. Must be able to occasionally lift loads of 50 pounds without assistance and the ability to sit, talk, and hear is required.
