The nurse is responsible for administering medications, completing care plans, and monitoring resident vitals. They also oversee subordinates and ensure a safe environment while coordinating admission and discharge documentation.
Candidates must hold a current State of Illinois RN or LPN license and a CPR/AED certification. They must be dependable and willing to work rotating weekends and holidays.
