The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for scanning, filing, and organizing patient medical records while ensuring strict HIPAA compliance. They also maintain the physical integrity of charts and distribute documentation to appropriate departments.
A high school diploma is preferred for this role. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills and a commitment to accuracy and patient confidentiality.
