Key Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for sleep studies by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort
• Conduct overnight sleep studies and monitor patients throughout the testing process
• Operate and maintain sleep study equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality
• Collect, analyze, and document sleep data accurately for review by physicians
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to sleep study equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in compliance with healthcare standards
• Educate patients on sleep hygiene and post-study care instructions

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification as a Sleep Technologist (e.g., RST, RPSGT) is required
• Sleep lab training and experience required
• Strong technical skills and familiarity with sleep study equipment
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
