Licensed Master Social Worker (LMWW) - Washington D.C.
Work Location Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) 633 Indiana Avenue, NW Washington, DC 20004 Citizenship Requirements: Must be a U.S.
Citizen.
Clearance Requirements: National Background Check with Inquiries, Fingerprints, and Drug Screen.
Type of Employment: Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
Period of Performance: Five years from the date of Award.
Paid Time Off: Up to 80 hours per year, which starts accruing on the day of hire.
Sick Leave per Year: Up to 56 hours per year, which starts occurring on the day of hire.
Paid Federal Holidays: Eleven (11) Paid Federal Holidays Summary of Duties Licensed Master's Level Clinician with experience providing behavioral health assessments, counseling services, and treatment planning for diverse client populations.
Skilled in facilitating individual and group interventions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, maintaining clinical documentation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support positive mental health and psychosocial outcomes.
Qualifications
Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field from an accredited college or university (e.g., Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs; Master's in Psychology and Counseling Accreditation Council; Council on Social Work Education; or APA-CoA), BA Full, current, and unrestricted license to practice within the fields of counseling, psychology, social work or related field in the District of Columbia or a state, territory or Commonwealth of the United States, Training and required supervision to use the group curricula instruments, and tools used in the Contractor's program. **Copies of all certifications and resumes must be emailed to careers@fidelitypartners.org.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct psychosocial assessments, behavioral health screenings, and case evaluations to identify client needs and develop appropriate treatment recommendations.
Provide individual and group counseling services using evidence-based interventions and approved therapeutic curricula to support emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial functioning.
Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans, documenting clinical services, progress, and outcomes in accordance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
