Our\nemployees enjoy opportunities for professional development and career\nadvancement, as well as a competitive compensation and benefits package.\n\nPosition Details:\n\n * Shift: PRN Nights\n * Hours: 7p-7a\n\nJob Summary:\n\n * Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care.\n * Assists physicians during examinations and procedures.\n * Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope\n of practice of the registered nurse.\n * Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and\n teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and\n self-care skills.\n * Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.\n\nQualifications:\n\n * Current RN licensure, State of Texas required.\n * BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required.\n * TNCC Certification preferred.
