Evaluate patients' functional abilities in their homes and develop individualized treatment plans to improve daily function. Provide therapeutic exercises and educate patients and caregivers on safety and adaptive equipment to restore independence.
Must hold a current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license and be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, with home health experience preferred.
