Provide psychiatric consultation evaluations and psychotherapy services to residents in skilled nursing facilities. Coordinate care between the medical staff and the facility team while managing a dedicated caseload.
Requires an active LCSW license in the state of employment and at least 2 years of clinical experience managing adult mental health. Experience in skilled nursing facilities or geriatric mental health is strongly preferred.
