The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients and design individualized treatment plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Responsibilities include providing skilled therapy services and documenting patient progress using the WebPT system.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and possess an active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure. New graduates are welcome to apply, though outpatient orthopedic experience is helpful.
Perform initial evaluations and ongoing reassessments Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, diagnosis, and functional goals Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions using appropriate physical therapy interventions Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance activities, mobility work, and functional rehabilitation Educate patients on home exercise programs, activity modification, and safe movement strategies Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care when appropriate Complete accurate documentation in WebPT Coordinate with PTAs and other clinical team members to support continuity of care Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Missouri licensure New graduates are welcome to apply Outpatient orthopedic experience is helpful, but not required Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work with patients across a broad age range and variety of conditions Insurance Plans Accepted The clinic serves patients covered by: Blue Cross Blue Shield UnitedHealthcare Medicare TRICARE Humana Aetna Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO 8 Paid US Holidays CEU Allowance Sign-On Bonus Available Move forward in your Physical Therapy career with a full-time outpatient role that offers competitive pay, schedule flexibility, and a strong clinical environment.
