The Pediatric RN evaluates patients and creates comprehensive care plans while coordinating communication between families and the care team. They serve as the primary driver of the care team to ensure high-quality palliative and hospice care for children.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license and at least 3 years of clinical or home health experience, including 1 year in pediatrics. Physical ability to lift 80-100lbs and reliable transportation are required.

Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively
