The Wound Care Registered Nurse provides specialized assessment and direct treatment for patients with wounds to support rehabilitation goals. They are also responsible for educating clinical staff, patients, and families on wound care procedures and prevention strategies.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Wound Ostomy Care Nurse program with at least 2 years of recent wound care experience. A current state RN license and BCLS certification are required, while ACLS and WOCN certifications are preferred.

Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, individualized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

Must be able to collaborate across disciplines to ensure continuity of care.
