Woods contribute to our mission through: Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents as necessary. Greeting newly admitted residents upon admission and escort them to their rooms. Visiting residents on a daily basis in order to observe and evaluate each resident’s physical and emotional status. Provide direct nursing care as necessary. Monitoring medication passes and treatment schedules to ensure that medications are being administered as ordered and that treatments are provided as scheduled. Reviewing MAR for completeness of information, accuracy in the transcription of physician orders, and adherence to stop order policies.
