Certified Nurse's Aide - CNA

• Human Touch Home Care in Colorado area, is currently looking for CNAs.
• Provides personal care for the Agency's patients.
• A care giving professional, providing quality home-based personal care and other related services in accordance with established agency policies and procedures; Functions under the supervision, direction, and instruction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and in accordance with an approved Plan of Care; complying with federal, state, and local guidelines for all services.
• Must have a current Colorado State CNA License.
• Job Requirements Personal Care Assistance: bathing, eating, dressing, hygiene, mobility, exercise Household Care: housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, dietary aide Companionship: conversation, reminders.
