Provide compassionate end-of-life care by developing and managing individualized patient care plans. Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to monitor patient progress and provide emotional support to families.
Requires an active Ohio RN license and a minimum of two years of nursing experience. Must possess a valid driver's license and be comfortable working with terminally ill patients.
